KL Trip

6 day 5 night trip at KL~ XD shopping and bought a lot of kpop/anime stuff back.


Stay at hotel Replica, near Bukit Bintang Area, deal to holiday pack period, it cost rm 158 per night.

CF Trip

i went to CF for both day, the first day experience was really terrible, 11am start wait at outside for long query, only able get in the main hall at 3pm. O.o Too many ppl, not so fun as i thought.

But the good thing is really meet many cosplayer who really awesome costume.
i miss out the group cosplay contest in first day, but manage to video the 2nd day solo contest~ the rules was really differ than kuching's cosplay contest.


many cosplayers give up enter the main hall, but photo shooting at outside or sub hall. and also the main hall not allow to take photo with cosplayers.

the main hall sell many anime related stuff too XD and i bought some for my friends.

冲冲忙忙的一天，因为要在隔一天submit这些照片，所以就以最短的时间拍了。
当时security在看着我们。。哈哈。。。好彩当时bcck内没有展览，要不然真的很多人。
这里楼梯的效果我超喜欢的～感觉很不错。当时是在中午1时了，热到半死，我的头快烧焦了，mond热到眼睛张不开了XD
原本打算到对面江城堡拍的，却不知路怎么走。。。。

糍粑

糍粑,是客家人每逢传统节日或家庭喜庆的传统小吃,反映了客家人的风俗。
客家人吃糍粑，通常是亲友齐聚一堂，你抢我抢，越是热闹，越是好吃。惟吃糍粑后，容易饱肚。
每逢有亲朋戚友从远方来,或办喜事时时,客家人便制作糍粑招待宾客。让宾客感受到他们的好客多礼、纯朴的民风和情怀。同时，糍粑也在春节时作为送礼之用。
糍粑象征着丰收、喜庆和团圆，是大节日的必备品之一。黏结成团的糍粑喻示着全家和睦团结, 因此每逢过年过节, 客家人便团聚一起享用糍粑。后来演成习俗，一直流传至今。
糍粑的香甜也喻示着生活甜蜜幸福。结婚喜宴时吃糍粑，如此夫妻关系将牢不可分, 百头到老。搬迁新居所时吃糍粑，表示房子坚固。
不过，家中的小孩出麻疹时忌吃糍粑，因为抄花生热量高，且老一辈认为出麻不宜食芝麻，以免难痊愈或“出了再出”。


糍粑的来源
据称，中国古时在舂米时，为了不浪费残留在臼底的碎米，而想出了这种办法，达到物尽其用的效果。
另有说法称，古时郊区的客家人生活贫苦，无钱厚待客人，于是发明了将剩米蒸熟揉成团的糕点。

糍粑制作法
制作的糍粑的方法, 已经成了华人文化传承之一。
糍粑的作法有多种, 较早期的客家传统方式是将糯米用水浸泡一天以上，去水份之后蒸熟。然后将煮熟后糍粑置于石臼中，用木棍捣搅至胶状, 再以杵臼大力搥击，以增加其黏度。
一般由2个人轮流用杵臼搥击，另1人趁搥打的空档翻动糍粑。趁着糍粑还热腾腾的，用手将糍粑揉成团状。
看似简单，但却是耗时费力制作的小食。因此客家人又把做糍粑称为“打糍粑”。
接着，邀请亲朋戚友聚在一起，拿起筷子将粑揉夹成小块，再沾上花生碎、芝麻和糖粉享用。吃起来柔韧鲜滑，香甜可口。


如今市面上可见到不少由台湾引入的“麻糬”，与客家糍粑非常类型。创新的制作方式包括加入各种水果口味，例如芒果、榴莲、草莓，还有绿茶，巧克力等口味。

五颜六色口味的麻糬是否能吸引年轻人的注意力呢？不过，笔者认为，传统白色的客家糍粑仍然无法被取代，两者各有各的优势。年长一辈还是比较喜欢传统的麻糬。
