Since many ppl asking me how to download, so i answer this question here
First you must have Firefox this browser, then install the add in (such as Facebook Video 2.1.7 )

(only will take u few seconds to install)
Install and Restart your facebook, after that, log in facebook view video,
The page already have download video and convert video buttom/link
